Ingredients - one bowl per serving, this recipe is for 1 serving
- Half of an onion (chopped)
- Half of a green bell pepper (chopped)
- One medium avocado (peeled, pitted and diced)
- One small tomato (chopped)
- Half of a lime (juiced, or 2 teaspoons of lime juice)
- 1/4 of a jalapeno (minced)
- Optional---
- Cilantro (chopped)
- Garlic (minced)
- Corn (1/4 cup)
Directions -
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Season with vinegar, lime juice, sesame oil, salt and pepper
serve immediately (salad)
cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving (salsa)
the only difference is for salsa, you'll need to finely chop and/or mince all ingredients; and leave it in the fridge before serving.
for them meat/seafood lovers, add chicken, shrimp of your choice.
